Michael Rasile is the Chief Experience Officer of Our Athletes. Michael created Our Athletes to inspire, embolden and fortify the world with the wisdom and experiences of Olympic athletes. He recognizes the financial and logistical hurdles that athletes face when following their dream to compete in the Olympics.

Michael has always possessed a love of service to others and an appreciation for the stories of people around him. Michael grew up in Hunterdon County, NJ where he worked as a waiter. This experience is where he first realized his true passion of helping others.

His first job after graduating from Rutgers University in 2014 was with Edward Jones, helping people with personal finance matters. However, he soon realized that finance would not be a life-long career for him. Michael then spent some time “walking the earth” in various jobs.

Watching the 2018 Winter Olympics created a strong connection with, and admiration for, the competing athletes. With a little research, Michael discovered their incredible stories. Between 80% and 90% of Olympic athletes live below the poverty line. Struggling with making rent payments and meeting everyday financial needs often forces athletes to leave their quest to compete in the Olympics or to leave their sport entirely.

Through Our Athletes, Michael focuses on helping athletes share their stories to raise motivation, inspiration, and positively impact lives throughout the world. By spreading their stories, he is able to bring financial support to struggling Olympic athletes in order for them to realize their dream.

Michael is a facilitator for Olympians and Olympic-qualified athletes. Through Our Athletes Events he combines his love of serving others and his financial background to help athletes in their quest for Gold.
